Purpose Statement :  "We exist to love students in Sparta/White County, lead them into a relationship with Jesus Christ, accept them into the body of Christ where they can be held accountable and be equipped to serve others in ministry and honor God with their lives."

What We Believe About Teenagers :  We believe teenagers today are our leaders for tomorrow and sometimes today.  Our youth workers are not here as baby-sitters or as chaperones, they are called to be examples to the younger ones (Titus 2:6-8).  We expect a lot from our students, therefore they deserve shepherds, teachers, and mentors. Our goal is to provide just that. We are in the disciple-making process so students are becoming mature members of the Body of Christ, not just mature Christian teenagers.

Our Purposes :  These foundations are the five main purposes of the church taken from the Greatest Commandment and the Great Commission:

    Serve = Ministry (Matt 22:38)

    Equip = Discipleship (Matt 28:20)

    Love/Lead = Evangelism (Matt 28:19a)

    Accept/Accountability = Fellowship (Matt 28:19b)

    Honor = Worship (Matt 22:37)

We try to incorporate all of these purposes into the ministry as a whole so that students will learn a balanced Christian life.
